Updated the 'We are introducing 2 new refusal categories' sections to make it clear that applicants will always fall into absolute refusal category if they are on a sex offenders register, or are subject to a sexual harm prevention order or sexual risk order. This applies even if the applicant is already an SIA licence holder. Time updated:
