UBS hack: Swiss bank UBS said that information about the company had been stolen in a cyberattack on one of its suppliers, following a media report that data on more than 130,000 employees had been subject to a hack.

MiniMax, an emergent Chinese artificial intelligence startup, is considering an initial public offering in Hong Kong as soon as this year, according to people familiar with the matter. The company, which is backed by Alibaba and Tencent, is currently valued at about $3 billion.
